Natural Process
First new process for RC Farm where the coffee is picked and then fermented in a wine yeast and honey mixture for 72 hours before it is rinsed and dried in the cherry on our dry deck before hulled into a green bean for roasting. Entered in a cupping competition the judges described the notes of dark chocolate, toffee and caramel with a clean smooth tea like body finish.
